Our support desk works from 8am-4pm (UTC +1) Monday to Friday. Outside of working hours we appreciate the use of the contact form. We are of course available in an emergency. At Soolo, out clients are always prioritised.

Soolo support desk

Soolo’s support desk is made up from knowledgable people from our hardware and software teams who are ready to help you. All our people have a deep knowledge of our products and can answer any question you may have. We take questions and give guidance to clients. If there is a fult with your Soolo system, we take all necessary steps to correct it. If necessary, we will travel out in person to fix the problem. Replacement units and maintenance is included in the subscription fee and is done free of extra charges. You chose us to get the answers you need and we will make sure you get them.

What does Soolo cost?

Soolo has a fixed monthly cost. This includes unlimited users in the app. Some people check the app once a week, others many times a day. You can check your measurements as often as you want without additional costs. Soolo has a long lifespan and the battery lasts for an average of 10 years. When there is a need for maintenance and repairs, we take care of it.

The biggest expense is not having Soolo. The control you get with Soolo can save your logistics costs, reduce emissions, give better supplier agreements, and just make each day a little bit easier.
